Romantic Boston Elopement at Marina Bay with Aja and Jordan

Aja and Jordan’s romantic Massachusetts elopement had everything you need for an intimate wedding ceremony. A puppy, a summer Boston sunset and of course, close friends and family.

The sunset was the last part of their small wedding, but it was my favorite! We wandered around the boardwalk on the marina, with views of Boston. The sun reflected its last warm rays of the day while these two got cozy, popped delicious champagne and reflected on their special day.

Eloping with an adorable puppy

Their new puppy, Nora, was certainly a part of the big day! We captured this shot — one of my favorites — just after the first look! I think puppies should be a part of every first look. Having your pet around seems to make everyone comfortable and happy.

I loved the laid back feel of their first look — a green lawn, cute wooden fence and the puppy there to witness it!

The bride’s outfit had all of the perfect details. Her lace dress, floor length veil and bright flowers created a refined, whimsical look. Classy, romantic and just a little bit of color — a dreamy summer wedding aesthetic.

As for the ceremony, it took place on a sleek boardwalk next to the marina. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family.
