Mary Kate and Tom’s wedding at the Four Seasons Boston was worth the wait! Because of Covid, they needed to postpone their original date. However, they ended up having an absolutely perfect fall New England day in the city to celebrate their marriage!
Right before Mary Kate and Tom’s wedding I had a family portrait session just outside the city. As we were chatting the woman share that she was attending a wedding at the end of September at the Four Seasons. Come to find out I was photographing Tom’s aunt and family and ironically I was the photographer for the wedding! I feel so honored to have become their photographer and have an abundance of referrals within their family.
New England Fall Boston Wedding
Mary Kate and her bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done together at the Four Seasons Boston Hotel. Everything about the day felt timeless from the invitations to the flowers, to the bride’s gown. Every detail was perfect. The bridesmaids all wore light pink dresses in all different styles. It complimented Mary Kate’s gown perfectly with a v-neck and classic fit. It looked perfect with a sweeping train and scalloped lace cutout.
The couple decided to not have a first look because Tom wanted to see Mary Kate coming down the aisle with her dad. The church they got married in, Boston’s Basilica Our Lady of Perpetual Help, had deep roots within the family and held a very special place in their hearts. It was so special to watch Mary Kate and Tom become one inside of this church!
Classic & Timeless Four Seasons Boston Wedding Reception
After Mary Kate & Tom shared their nuptials together we traveled back to the Four Seasons to walk around the Public Garden to do their bridal party, family, and couple portraits. New England fall days are my favorite kind! The warm weather during the day allowed us to capture so many great spots around the public garden with the city skyline in the background.
Everyone had an amazing time at the wedding reception! Soho Band absolutely crushed it! Mary Kate and Tom had a great family and friend group, so their dance floor didn’t stop all night! There’s something about live music that just keeps you dancing!
I feel so honored to be a part of their wedding day! Congratulations and best wishes to Mary Kate and Tom!
